In honour of where I got my blog name from, the movie 10 Things I Hate About You, I thought I would write a list of 10 things that I love about baking like Julia Stiles did in th movie.

1. I love the creativity of baking, you can create so many different things with some simple ingredients.

2. It can take me away from the real world. When I'm stressed, I bake. Though I like to bake at any time.

3. It's something I'm good at.

4. Oh, the flavour. I love creating different things.

5. I can take something simple, and put it into great-ness.

6. Cook books. My mum's love of cookbooks has moved onto another generation.

7. I like the process, and of course the result.

8. You can create GOOD food.

9. The smell.

10. The challenge.
